For a customer in Germany we are currently looking for a

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Senior Functional Consultant (m/f/d)

Role description/ Skills required
- Very proficient on CRM Business Processes in Sales Automation and Project Service automation functionality in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Experience on CRM Business Processes in Marketing Automation, Customer Service Automation and Field Service Automation functionality in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Analyze client’s business requirements for Dynamics CRM, perform Fit-Gap analysis and present functional solutions
- Experience of functional analysis, gap-fit analysis and review of Gap fit done by other functional experts
- Extremely good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online/Dynamics 365 product (entities, workflows and configuration, forms, views, charts, reports and dashboards)
- Excellent in communication, documentation and articulation skills
- Prepare and maintain Functional Requirements document and Functional design document
- Coaching and guiding the development team on requirements and functional aspects
- Functional testing of the implemented CRM system
- Provide end user training
- Ensuring excellent Customer Satisfaction from Requirements and CRM Functional perspective
- Client facing, assertive, excellent communication
- Exposure to Dynamics CRM technical aspects esp. Java scripting, Installation
