Our client is looking for a Collaboration Coordinator.Tasks:
- Cross-departmental collaboration with North American/ India /Central European teams, 3rd party IT providers and the Finance and Loyalty teams
- Cross-functional coordination with internal IT groups (e. g. helpdesk), external business groups and their IT organisations
Skills:
- Analytical skills
- Good team worker
- Effective communications and relationship management
- Effective time management, prioritisation, negotiating and organisational skills
- Familiarity with working in a mainframe environment (incl. TSO, Selcopy, Fileaid) - basic knowledge is required
- Willingness to travel
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Financial/Accounting terminology and processes
- Experience of project managing software and Methodology (e.g. PMI)
