For our Client in the Area of Mannheim we are looking for an International Marketing Project Coordinator.Location: Area Mannheim

Job Description:
The international marketing project coordinator will support marketing content syndication projects for the Digital Channel Localization team into all target markets around the world. In particular, this individual will support the DCL localization process and work with content writers, online publishing, translation and local country teams to ensure the timely delivery of marketing content for syndication. The main working languages are English and German.
Responsibilities:
- Support localization workflow, ensuring adherence to process, deadlines, templates +amp; formats by all stakeholders (incl. authors, tech and publishing teams, translators +amp; local reviewers)
- Manage tracking and inventory of localized assets +amp; web content
- Ensure rapid response to inquiries and requests and maintain communication and transparency among all stakeholders
- Contribute to constant improvement of DCL localization processes
- Foster the promotion of local best practice sharing across marketing units worldwide
Skills, Traits and Distinguishing Characteristics:
- Solid project and time management skills with a capacity to set and maintain priorities in a multi-task, fast-paced environment and to communicate potential workload issues
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural sensitivity
- Effective oral and written communication skills (preferably in multiple languages) and ability to communicate with internal stakeholders across different departments
- Proven capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines while delivering high-quality results
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
Technical Requirements:
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, incl. advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word skills
- Experience in creating and maintaining Wikis preferred
- Understanding and ability to quickly learn business management systems (i.e. web content management systems)
- SAP nice to have
Education / Experience:
- University degree required
- Experience in international marketing, preferably web marketing required
- Fluent English and proficiency in German required; additional language skills of advantage
