Service Desk Support (m/f/d)

Role description/ Skills required
- Knowledge in MS office and basic knowledge on operating system (Windows), laptop and desktop remote support
- Should possess basic knowledge on ITSM tool and remote support tools.
- Good written and communication skills in German language
- Good in customer handling with empathy
- German language B2 level proficiency is must and bilingual with English is an advantage
