Beschreibung
Aufgabe:Maintains and develop business application environment by identifying end user & system requirements; Business impact analyzing; application developing (expected with MS Visual .NET); IT administration work to directly support the IT Manager. The person should be capable to fully work independently in an IT project including the right level of reporting to IT and business Management.
Duties/Knowledge:
? Establishes business application specifications by working with business responsibilities; analyzing workflows, business processes and data models.
? Defining project & infrastructure requirements together with other groups like the WAN team or Corporate IT in the US.
? Develops and implements application and workflow configurations within the area of Finance A/P integration, workflow and document management systems.
? Develops business applications within the area of Finance in MS Visual .NET.
? Maintains application performance by performing application monitoring and analysis; escalating application problems to IT and Business Management.
? Secures applications by developing system access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; establishing and testing disaster recovery policies and procedures; completing back-ups; maintaining documentation.
? Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support.
? Upgrades application by conferring with vendors and services; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements and new software.
? Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; participating in professional organizations.
? Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
? Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Anforderung:
? Professional Business Analyst (mainly Finance)
? Professional database knowledge on relational DB?s like MySQL on IBM system i, MS SQL server or Oracle
? Professional knowledge in the area of SW developing Visual Basic or better MS Visual .NET
? At least experiences as ?Junior Project Leader? or senior analyst
? Open, Flexible, professional attitude and a real team player
? Professional understanding about audit purposes and Disaster Recovery Procedure
? Speaks German and English
