Currently we are searching for one candidate who is able to cover the following position:Project description:
Unix Service
Must-Have Skills:
Account management
Integration with Active Directory (VAS or related)
Basic understanding of Active Directory
Volume management (HPUX and Linux LVM, Veritas Volume Manager)
Experience creating and expanding filesystems (w/ online expansions) under these volume mangers good Experience in NIX OSs and AIX
SAN: Determining LUN needs, scanning for LUNs, Multipathing, live expansion of filesystems
Basoc understanding of NAS/NFS, Mounting and Automounting
Clustering: Primarily Veritas Clustering, ServiceGuard, Oracle RAC.
Networking: Configuration, Subnets, Default Routing, Troubleshooting
Virtual Machines: VMware Virtual Center; HP-UX Virtual Machines
Scripting: Bourne, Ksh, Awk, Sed, PERL
Softskills:
Communication (need to communicate with customers for work detail and scheduling, coordinate with other IE/IS teams for design and troubleshooting)
Detail oriented (need to follow designs and instructions exactly, need to adhere to change windows/schedule, need to accurately complete change and qualification records)
