The strategic focus lies on selling DSL to existing customers (mobile voice customers). Often they are already contractually bound to another DSL provider. We need to make sure to be able to reach them at the right point in time to help them switch to us.
Status quo lead management: bare bones lead management possible via ticketing system in customer service – but rarely used; shops and partnershops sometimes use their own excel tools to do lead management for their customers only and do not share this with other channels, as there is no incentive to do so.
The Senior Project Manager “Lead Management” will help in developing a detailed project plan, help set the scope together with the Head of Cross- & Upselling, deliver a concept for “world class lead management” and push forward the implementation of this concept both system wise and people/process wise across all Sales channels within Germany. (Focus on consumer PL).
He/She will also participate in the weekly meetings of the lighthouse project “Manage cross- /upselling” and potentially directly interact with Managing Directors of Germany
Wanted profile: senior project manager with lead management implementation experience; strong communicator and leader of cross-functional (virtual) teams even without disciplinary leadership role; lead management experience should be both conceptual and implementation related; Strategic understanding paired with proven track record of implemented projects
