My client is looking for Intune L3 Engineer, and I wanted to know whether this would be of interest to you or not?
Position: Intune L3 Engineer
Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Duration: 6-12 months
Rate: 500 Euros per day
Responsibilities:
- MDM: End to end knowledge on Intune/Endpoint Manager Admin Centre Console.
- Systems Administration for Components installed in Customer environment like:
- Application Proxy Connector
- Mobile Content Management
- OneDrive & SharePoint Management
- Experience in Enterprise Mobility Security features covered under Modern workplace offering:
- Mobile device management - Intune
- Data security
- Windows 10, Desktop virtualization
- Windows Autopilot Setup & Provisioning
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Identity & Access Management
- AD integration for AD Connect
- Conditional Access
- Information Protect
- Data Loss Prevention
- Data Encryption
- Experience in customer support, product support, IT Admin Support, consulting, or solutions architect or systems development.
- Providing pre-sales technical/architectural support and driving successful user adoption
- Technical experience with Microsoft 365 security (Windows Defender/Advanced Threat Protection, Security and Compliance Centre, EMS suite
- Maintain and update the Security Hardening parameters for installed On-Prem or Customer cloud tenant.
- Responsible for service administration and Corporate Accounts maintenance like:
- APNs service account
- Google Enterprise Account
- SSL Provider Account
- Apple Business Manager
- Administering and maintaining of the WorkspaceOne Installation and configuration systems at the client's with level 4 support help if required.
- Understanding on the Network requirement for the components installed On-Prem or Customer cloud tenant.
- Enforce MAM policies and procedures in the Intune environment.
- Mobile Application Management or MAM
- Allow/block/quarantine access to blacklisted applications.
- Application packaging via Intune App Wapper
- Application Deployment via Intune on Win10 Devices
- Should have knowledge on VPP application management.
- Provide support for publishing applications into the Company Portal catalog and help deployment of those applications.
- Should have expertise on Application Deploy, Upgrades and Application removal on all major platforms.
- Monitor for application compliance and configure auto enforcement policy to fix.
- Provide a platform for Mobile device environment including coordination with third parties and other teams within client ecosystem as needed.
- Distribute Software and apps "over -the air" on all platforms & OS.
- Mobile Device Management or MDM
- Manage and maintain MDM platform and underlying infrastructure:
- Manage Legacy infrastructure in compliance with MDM solutions.
- Manage cloud changes, manage certificate/PKI Management
- BYOD, Wifi Certificates & VPN
- Modern Authentication
Requirements:
- Intune Professional Certification preferred + relevant work experience with mobile devices.
- Microsoft Office 365 MCSA certification preferred
- Knowledgeable in managing iOS and Android devices
- Understanding of VIP support (Special/Privileged) users/devices.
- Experience Windows server installation and maintenance
- Excellent teamwork, Time - Management and organizational skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft SQL and PowerShell skills required.
- Good knowledge on certificate-based profile deployment
- Integration knowledge of on-premises services with Intune portal If required.
- Perform other duties as deemed necessary and assigned by the customer and management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of ITIL framework (Optional)
- Willingness to work in shifts.
