THE ROLE
As an Insight Analyst, your primary task is to use advanced analytics to understand their client's in-store shrink. Daily this may involve:

Leveraging data and products to develop insight that will be key in building actionable recommendations for their clients
Using demographic data, alongside customer data to understand behaviour in store
Work to understand the root cause of customer behaviour and the impact on the business
Support managers in understanding client requirements
Being a one-stop-shop for all things analytics

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
An Insight Analyst will have the following:

Experience using SQL and Python (Or R) within a commercial setting
A background in Retail, FMCG, CPG, or similar
Skilled in a data visualisation tool is a plus
Strong stakeholder management skills
An eye for detail
