Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Understand and analyse Banks application capability for Records Archival.
• Partner with IT stake holders and Analyse Data retention capabilities, Disposal activities, Data integrity, Data Search ability, exporting of data, Security systems.
• Should be able to analyse evidences and make strategic judgment on assessment for each application.
• Collect and analyse evidences that support the certification
• Identify retention period gaps between application capability and policy or local jurisdictions
• Asses immutability and restrictions on cross border data transfer
Assess archiving approach for applications going live in Google Cloud
Key Skills:
• In-depth understanding on compliance requirements for an archive including banks Archive Process, Records Management policies & procedures, Information Security policies.
• Hands on experience in understanding Records & Record classifications in the Bank, Retention process, Disposal process, Master Retention Schedule (MRS), Data Management, Addendum Archive requirements & Metadata Standards and Archive Programs.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Extensive experience in process mapping, controls implementation, requirements gathering and documentation.
• Good interpersonal skills with demonstrable ability to interface and converse with stakeholders at all levels
