Job Description• implementation and operational support for infrastructure and systems
• Work in international teams helping to solve technical issues in international sites; interaction with both technical and non-technical personnel, monitors and enforce Service Level Agreements
• Participation in international projects
Major Responsibilities:
• Working within a global team helping with end user support and client devices
• Communicate with third party providers and monitoring of Service Level Agreements
• Maintain password, data and system security according to IT security processes and standards
• Support the client services team in other areas as requested by the line manager
Job Requirements
• Degree in computer science or equivalent
• Wide-ranging experience as System Administrator or System Engineer
• Either MCP, MCSA, MCITP Server Administrator desirable or equivalent experience
Knowledge:
• Knowledge of and professional technical experience with Intel based servers and PCs/laptops, Windows client OS, applications run in an office environment (eg. Antivirus, VPN)
• Operating systems (Windows 10, 2008 R2, 2012 Server), Microsoft Office Suite, other Microsoft software
• Basic network troubleshooting skills (VPN, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Firewall and WAN concepts)
• ITIL knowledge
• Understanding of customers and their requirements
Skills:
• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Willing to travel occasionally domestically or internationally
