Für unseren Kunden suchen wir 2 Senior Engineers GSM Optimization (w/m) für folgende Aufgaben:- Response for cluster/site/cell monitoring, analysis optimization, fine tuning. Guarantee the successful delivery of cluster/site/cell
- Support regional engineers for technical issues
- Provide optimization technical support to customer teams. Write, review, adjust and present troubleshooting reports and other clarification materials to customers.
- Understanding and keeping under control the customer issues with the proper communication to the client. Reach customer satisfaction according to daily expectations
- Technical support and knowledge transfer to team members
Skills:
- Experience in GSM Radio Planning and Optimization.
- ALU equipment experience is appreciated
- Fluent English and German language skills
- Good teamwork spirit
- Good presentation skills
- Motivation and flexibility
- Willing to trip in Germany in short term with short noticed
- Willing to work in high pressure, fast-paced changing and multi-culture environment
- Driving license
