SAP 3PL/Logistics Consultant - 9 Month Contract - Immediate Start - EU Remote - circa /day
We have been retained by a global client to provide the right SAP 3rd Party Logistics Consultant (SAP 3PL) for a long term contract opportunity based remotely - the role will be working on a massive S/4HANA template rollout project.
Please find the key requirements/responsibilities for this position below:
Key responsibilities:
- SAP Warehouse Management Solutions; including Handling Units, 3PL interfaces, batch determination, inventory management and Transportation
- Expertise on Integration of SAP EWM/Logistics modules
- 3PL integration with the likes of EDI, IDOC, etc.
- Role definition, design and assignment
- Define Business Process and Workflow requirements
- Develop URS, FS and technical requirements
- Review requirements with users and stakeholders
- Complete 3PL Project documentation
- Ensure Data Quality and completeness
Your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Pharmaceutical sector experience
- Perfect understanding of V-Model
- Expertise in SAP 3PL Processes/Functions
- Deep SAP skills including configuration and process knowledge of Team and linked processes
- Expertise in Project and People management, Communication & Change Management and Template Processes
- Deep functional and technical knowledge in pharmaceutical environment
- Experienced with European pharmaceutical companies in animal and human pharma
- Experience in providing Global SAP Roll-out/Implementation Projects while working international project teams
- Very good knowledge and experience of creating URS s and To-Be-Processes
- Deep understanding and implementation/customizing experiences in SAP Logistic Modules SAP SD, MM and LE and data migration objects
- Knowledge in direct interaction with clients, hands on system configuration expertise
- Able to act in testing, customer support and training
- Ability to drive meetings and onsite sessions, like trainings or testing with local resources
- Ability to drive and follow-up progress with third party providers, like 3PL or other entities
- Ability to construct documentation, in English, that needs to be formally published, like Desktop Procedures.
- Strong English communication skills and service orientation
- Business knowledge, direct interaction with clients, hands on system configuration expertise
- Excellent User knowledge in Excel application
- Knowledge expert in guiding the customer in their transition to new SAP processes
- Experience in validated documentation using ITEMS and Solution Manager
- Experience in Test Documentation Systems like HPALM
- Experience SOP development and analyzation
- Experience in providing Key-User-Trainings
