Orbis Consultants are working with a large scale enterprise business that are looking to engage an Engagement Lead for a project kicking off this month.
They will be looking for someone with the following experience:
VRM Manager role description
- Engagement lead for Italy - responsible for client engagement and business readiness
- Expert in Value Methods (ability to articulate the value story using the Infosys propriety VRM toolset)
- Advisory experience to manage board level conversation
- Experience in portfolio management and program management and familiar with the full project life cycle
- Co-ordinate the conversation with all the value stakeholders that would provide input to the value diagram and business case
- Drives the value conversation with the business (KPI conversation; drive the design of the mechanism for KPI reporting)
- Ability to drive scope resolution (value conflicts) - this will be a critical element of the design authority which will decide on what customisation to port
- Qualified accountant/or strong Finance knowledge. He/she needs to master the concept of Free cash flow, net present value etc.
Additional requirements
- Fluent Italian speakers - having worked with Italian senior stakeholders
- Telecom knowledge - broad knowledge of Telco Back Office processes
- Oracle cloud ERP migration - broad knowledge of the Oracle cloud migration activities
