Overview of Role: Identity and Access Management Team is looking to recruit a Business Analyst who should be able to map the business requirement with the reference architecture / relevant existing architectures. Associate must collect data from different stakeholders and be able to design workflow and process flow diagram and should have overall idea how IAM domain works. Associate should be able to design an architecture (logical) and discuss the same with the technical architects for next steps. Data collected at architecture level needs to be refined properly so that the same can be used by the different systems for their needs.
Key responsibilities:

• Participate in the requirement gathering of an IAM vision that can be articulated across functional groups (e.g. OLB, EUC, CSO, Platform engineering and others) that delivers needed business agility.
• Analysing and documenting functional & non-functional requirement for various IAM domains
• Should be able to work independently with business stakeholders to capture IAM use cases and define IAM processes to get aligned with the program roadmap
• Client Management: experienced in effectively interacting and communicating with business partners
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
• Be a strong team player with good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to design workflow and process flow diagram
• Should have the broader understanding of cloud computing (preferably GCP)
• Able to prioritise effectively
Hands on JIRA and Confluence knowledge is a must.
