Ihre Qualifikationen
- VDI Horizon/Active Directory/VMware Virtualization Expert
- Good Communication Skills
- Experiences with working in an internation team
- Discrete thinking & being able to think in concept
- Good English and German language skills
Ihre Aufgaben
- Validate the required Active Directory objects are in place with the correct permissions
- Request and install license keys for all software products in scope
- Download latest patches and update packs for all products in scope
- Note that agreed versions will be part of the LLD document
- Configure the storage ready for use
- Create VMs for the virtual desktop infrastructure using customer standard Windows server build and configure the OS for operation
- Installation of required SW products and corresponding SW license keys in the defined environment
- Install and configure the VDI infrastructure including brokers and desktop provisioning components
- Install and configure the server infrastructure
- Build VDI computing desktops, implement file associations and branding
- Provide recommendations for internal load balancing configuration and settings
- Configure remote access solution
- Solution Testing and presenting to the customer
- Training and Handover to Operational Support
