MS Exchange Consultant/Microsoft Exchange Consultant - 12 month contract - REMOTE
I am urgently recruiting for a MS Exchange Consultant/Microsoft Exchange Consultant to work on an international project, Headquartered in Stuttgart, GERMANY, on a huge Microsoft Exchange Transformation Programme
Technical skills (Required - Mandatory)
Exchange & Exchange Online/Office365 and MS Outlook Client, ADFS and Azure AD Sync, PowerShell
Technical skills (Required - Nice to have)
Active sync, Auto Discovery, DLP, Public folder, Exchange client protocols, Exchange Server roles, DNS, IIS, AD & SSO, failover & load balancing, EMS
Language skills needed
English, any German speaking skills will be advantageous
People skills
Lead for 10-15 team members
Soft skills
- Work in a Global delivery environment
- Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skill.
- Excellent in Verbal, written communication.
- Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies, scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands.
- Ability to work independently, within general guidelines or best practices and manage complex technical solutions
Area of responsibilities
Skill Level
- Participate in business and system requirements sessions.
- Setting up new O365 tenant, domain registration and validation
- Set up Azure AD connect and Single sign on solutions including ADFS
- Build and Configure Hybrid Exchange infrastructure
- Knowledge of different mail routing topologies and architecture
- Configure EOP and mail flow
- Configuring Email address policies, transport rules, retention policies
- Configure Litigation hold, e discovery and Journaling
- PowerShell Scripting
- Configuration of Azure AD and conditional access policies
- Configuration of Intune and Mobile device management
- Migration from on premise Exchange to Exchange Online including Public folder migration
- Troubleshooting issues related to migrations
- Implement Information Rights Management, Encryption and O365 DLP
- Administering user mailboxes
- Install and configure on premise Exchange Servers
- Configure send and receive connector for mail flow
Expert
- Providing Solution and estimates for RFPs.
- Implement automations for significant reduction in manual efforts
