Aufgabe:
Backup and restore Teradata data and objects
Create database objects using SQL
Manage and monitor Teradata systems using Viewpoint, PDCR, DBQL, Unix command line
Conduct performance analysis to ensure the Teradata systems are perfoming optimally
Help with Teradata system upgrade planning by providing system resource metrics on a regular basis
Be able to analyze Teradata system metrics to determine when a system will need to be upgraded
Open tickets with Teradata support for encountered issues and work the tickets to closure
Work with Teradata support to upgrade, patch and maintain the systems
Work with Teradata support to migrate to new Teradata hardware or GCP
Constantly improve on problem detection and resolution times
Provide documentation on for on-call problems that can be resolved by team members with varying degrees of Teradata experience
