For a customer in Zurich we are currently looking for a

Cloud Service Management Expert (m/f/d)

Role description
- Creation and validation of the service management controls for certified products. Main area of controls are: Governance; Cost Management; Incident and Major Incident Management; Monitoring, Logging & Event Management; Configuration Management; Change and Release Management; IT Service Continuity Management; Identity and Access Management
- Planning and coordinating the implementation activities of these controls with the various process owners
- Improving the existing Service Operation processes such as Incident, Problem, Change and Config Mgmt to make them fit for the Azure platform
- Suggesting and implementing improvements in the development process

Skills required
- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or comparable education/experience)
- >5 years of professional experience.
- Technical knowledge and deep understanding of: IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL V2-4, Cobit); Microsoft vision on Modern Service Management; Cloud and Azure Concepts (Azure Fundamentals Certified, AZ-900); Defining and Deploying Operational MSM Practices (e.g. Cost Management, Configuration Management, Change and Release Management and Incident Management); Cloud Native (Modern) Service Management tooling; DevOps processes
- Experience with: Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center, Log Analytics and PowerBI
- Experienced communicator both written & verbal
- Strong analytical & conceptual skills
- Ability to motivate others and readiness for close teamwork across multiple locations
