Senior HR Advisor (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
  • Work within the HR Services function, deliver generalist HR support, act as the primary point-of-contact for provision of professional advice and support a range of HR activities and programs
  • Own delivery for one or more HR activities and programs which may include recruitment, training, reward and employee relations issues. 
  • Operate independently, escalating only the most complex issues
  • Act as an HR specialist supporting customers and HR colleagues (centralised and off shore) with complex data transactions or queries
  • Work with HRBPs to support business leaders and line managers to support annual people processes and to understand business priorities and tailor HR support to local requirements
  • Provide generalist HR advice on a range of employment related matters for example disciplinary and grievance cases, attendance management, parental leave and so on and escalate it to ER Specialist or COEs as appropriate
  • Proactively support managers/employees in resolving performance or grievance issues informally prior to launching formal process
  • Generate custom data analytics to support HRBPs with business imperatives, aligned to global Data Management and Reporting frameworks
  • Support HRBPs with the management of local union/works council relations and annual activities as required
  • Provide HR Generalist support for business change, based on strategic guidance and direction by HR Business Partners and business leaders
  • Review HR policies and processes, identifying areas for enhancement and making recommendations for change
  • Support required HR training delivery for local populations
  • Drive Manager/Employee adoption of the new HR Target Operating Model, coaching customers to use the right channels and HR teams to receive the support they need


Main qualifications
  • HR generalist experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Ability to influence leaders with gravitas to act as trusted advisor 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with large teams
  • CIPD qualified
  • HR/business related degree
