We are currently looking for an HCM consultant (m/f/d) in part-time with experience around data deletion

End: 10.12.2021
Volume: 12 hrs / week

ackground: The service is requested as part of the Data Privacy and GDPR deletion project in 2021.
The project has the purpose to implement further data deletion processes and enhance the compliance processes.

Tasks:
The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor:
- Implement & configure based on requirements provided in advance by the client:
o Concept for Schrems II consequences (EU-US Privacy Shield);
o Concept for Blocking of HCM data;
? Analyze possibilities and consult on solution;
o Deletion of HCM Talent Management (TM);
? Analyze existing TM data model and consult on solution;
o Deletion of HCM Learning Management (LM);
? Analyze existing LM data model and consult on solution;
o Concept for time-dependent blocking of personnel data via authorization object P_DURATION;
o Concept to differentiate access to SAP tables containing Talent Management / Compensation data;
- Analysis in development system to increase speed of data deletion tools and hand-over to dx project
manager / application manager to foster technical stability of system;
- Documentation of the implemented tools and hand-over to dx project manager for validation and
approval.
The service of the contractor has the goal to facilitate the implementation of the project requirements.

Skills:
- Strong experience around HCM consultancy
- Background with HCM Talent Manager
- Experience with SAP Tables
- Strong analytical skills
There are no timelines to be adhered to by the contractor during the provision of the service.
