Our client is currently looking for a Summit Expert (m/f) for a project in Munich.Jobdescription:
- Consolidation of front and back office systems is planned, with an associated migration of trades and positions from, among others, Front Arena and Summit 5.2 to the strategic platform Summit 5.5
- For the Business Change Team Treasury Asset Management our customer is looking for a Summit Financials specialist to extend the migration team.
- You will lead the specification activities required to integrate HGB accounting into the existing IFRS framework in Summit
- clarify and specify accounting and financial requirements for configuring Summit and for the migration from existing front and back office systems to Summit
- form a part of the team testing the implemented changes and the migration.
- lead in determining all requirements having a bearing on the financial setup in Summit and may be required to lead a sub-team to this effect, reporting to the Project Lead for the migration.
Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Summit 5.2 and 5.5, especially HGB and IFRS setup and reporting
- Knowledge of financial and accounting systems, both HGB and IFRS
- Experience with front office migrations, both to a new version of Summit and from other FO systems into Summit
- Good communication and documentation skills in English and German
- Ability to clarify difficult business requirements independently
- Performance-oriented
- Team player
- experience with Front Arena, Acumen, Paris, SAP
