Job Description:
• Further development of our sophisticated unified endpoint solutions
• Deployment and operation of Windows 10 management solutions based on Microsoft O365 (Intune/SCCM) and MobileIron
• Evaluation of reports/log files.
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• First point of escalation for all technical and process issues.
• Provide technical subject matter expertise wherever required
• Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager.
• Plan and schedule Changes coordinating with different stakeholders.
• Perform Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures
• Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels
• Perform RCA for Major Incidents related to his / her tower
Technical Skills
• Deep knowledge of common client operating systems (Windows, Linux, iOS, MacOS, Android)
• Several years of experience in installation, configuration and hardening of operating systems in large environments.
• Diagnostic methods and tools
• Knowledge in Scripting
• deep knowledge in client configuration with group policies in Active Directory
• Knowhow in client side of SCCM
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
