Aufgabe:
-Processing of all GDPR tasks in the AxonIvy.
Discussion of the complex cases with the legal department.
Delivery of the KPIs for the past month
Standardization of the GDPR cases
Further development of the GDPR processes
Task force: data selection, QA of data selection, flags in SF, deletion and blocking in SF
Fach-Skills:
Salesforce, Powercloud and other cloud- or CRM-solutions end user experience
Min 3-5 years experience in 1st or 2nd Level Support
Microsoft Access Know-how
Basic SQL know-how
Basic knowledge of GDPR subject matter rights
Very good communication and personal skills
Customer- or solution-oriented.
Jira, Confluence, MS-Teams
Fluent in German and English
Sprache: Deutsch, Englisch
