For our client we are looking for a Business Specialist (m/f).Project:
Client implements a workflow tool as a +quot;bridge+quot; between different systems to avoid double data entry and remove manual and paper based work.
Tasks:
- Each Workflow Project implementation will be driven by a process lead.
- Details of the vacant role are to:
- coordinate the Workflow Projects
- ensure consistency over all workflows
- ensure timely completion of workflow projects (to drive, track progress and support activities. (e.g. Analysis of as-is process, requirements gathering for workflows, Business Case creation)
- Guide Process Leads in completion of Business Requirements gathering phase and creation of Business Cases for Workflow Implementations
- Analysis, creation of BRD for general workflow requirements, validation with IT Workstream and Adobe
