The HR IT Business Analyst must have previous experience in:
- Extensive knowledge within SuccessFactors/Workday/Oracle/HCM/Peoplesoft
- HR IT Business Process knowledge
- International experience
- Good knowledge of formalized methods for specification (eg, Use Case Modelling, Datamodelling, Interfaces)
The perfect HR IT Business Analyst desired to have:
- Fluent in German (Speaking, writing, reading)
- HR functional and project expertise
The top HR IT Business Analyst will work on:
- Recording (functional and non-functional), specification, evaluation, validation, and classification of requirements (eg, business requirements, stakeholder requirements, transition requirements)
- Supports the IT Demand Manager in managing the business IT interface.
