Dear all,For our client in the Frankfurt area we are searching for several experienced Scrum Masters (m/f/d).
Tasks:
• Scrum methodology and SAFe Framework
• Training staff members to take up their respective roles in delivery teams
• Coaching/mentoring experienced and unexperienced Product Owners
• Delivering in heterogeneous and complex environments
• User Story life cycles
• Sprint setup and lead
• Software development and testing
Requirements:
• Experience with test preparation and execution in the aforementioned areas
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as Scrum Master
• Minimum of 3 years of end-to-end software implementation projects
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAFe Framework
• Excellent interpersonal skills enabling training, coaching and mentoring
• Solid experience working in a cross-functional development team
• Strong but balanced personality, paired with an ability to pick up things quickly
• Exceptional organisational and analytical skills - focused and effective in problem solving
• Experiences with agile methodologies and tools JIRA and CONFLUENCE
• Modern CRM and Portal platforms in the Azure Cloud
• Java Microservices
• Business fluent in English, German beneficial
