We are currently looking for a certified Cornerstone consultant (m/w/n) for our FMCG client in part-timeStart: 08.03.2021
End: 07.07.2021
Volume: part-time, ca. 16hrs / week
Location: Remote
Background:
The service is requested as part of the project Cornerstone (CSOD). The client uses Cornerstone Cloud in the area of HR with Learning, Performance and Recruitment tool with various Go Lives in 2021 and Q1-2022 (Process Part II). The client already created detailed requirement documents for enlarging Performance / Talent module. The project has purpose to enable further functionalities on Cornerstone Cloud Performance solution.
Tasks:
The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor:
* Configuration of Performance/Talent module in Cornerstone (CSOD) Cloud solution for the client based on the
requirement documents. These documents will be provided to the consultant in advance phase by phase.
* Document executed test cases of performance module configuration in Pilot Environment using office template. If
the test identified bugs, the consultant will reiterate with the configuration until the performance module is
running as expected and documented in the requirement document.
* Document CSOD Performance module configuration using excel workbook.
o Handover the documentation to the client for validation and approval, before moving forward to configuration in
production environment.
* Configure CSOD Performance Module in Production Environment based on created configuration document from
Pilot environment
* Document executed test cases of performance/talent module configuration in Production Environment using
office template. If the test identified bugs, the consultant will reiterate with the configuration until the performance
module is running as expected and documented in the requirement document.
* Create Operational Documentation on CSOD Performance Module for the client using office template. The client
will validate and approve the documentation.
The service of the contractor has the goal to implement the requirements of performance/talent in the client's CSOD Cloud Solution within the given CSOD framework.
Skills:
- German and English Language proficiency
- Experience as a cornerstone consultant
- Consultant need to be certified in CSOD and have an active partnership (as company) with Cornerstone Software
Vendor to be able to fulfil the task (Requirement from Cornerstone)
