- Define and optimize the search strategy across eCommerce/ SEO / SEA, all with regard to cross-media contribution &integration
- Implement and adapt the global search framework and define key content opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on search termn, rankings and analytics to monitor performance and search engine algorithms to be ahead of changes and deliver the agreed upon KPIs
- Own the operationalizaton of search within different european markets
- Define and implement performance baselines, KPIs & a measurement framework to vizualize the value of search to the business
- Overtake responsibility for the keyword database tool and recommend suitable tools, resources and infrastructure
- Several years of project experience in similar projects with a search focus
- Profound experience in SEO / SEM and managing external partners / agencies
- In depth understanding of search and ability to deliver clear results
- Nice-to-have: experience in digital transformation, dtc and FMCG
- Proficient English skills, both written and spoken
