Duration : 12 months with possible extensionLanguage: German speaking associates.

Specific skills :
Resolve complex technical problems as part of second level technical support.
Analyse non-standard problems, develop technical solutions to meet each problem.
Perform user training, work with other IT teams to develop and implement solutions.
Provide support to hardware, software or application deployment efforts.
Work with IT Service Desk to analyse and develop solutions to on-going problems.
Develop documentation for user community and other IT departments.
Perform system/hardware upgrades.
Perform PC support tasks as required.
Specific Work Experience:
Strong hardware/software knowledge of MS Office products, Novell, NT, Windows, remote access, imaging software and hardware, Internet, E-mail TCP/IP.
Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to manage small operations projects.
BS or equivalent. Comprehensive experience required
