For our client (remote) we are looking for an Interim CTO (m/f/d)Start: asap
Duration: 4-6 months
Location: remote 100%
Project:
• Shape the tech vision & strategy and lead by principles and architecture patterns
• Ensure consistent best practices, processes, and procedures for agile software development
• Support the development of potential use cases and business models from tech perspective
• Maintain and drive expansion of current knowledge of technology landscape and developments
• Ensure the tracking, analysis and constant monitoring of technology performance metrics
• Oversee overall system design and system architecture changes, the development of the data analytics infrastructure and the data insights team and also the development of the service & support infrastructure
• Hiring, training and retaining tech talent
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to the team
Requirements:
• 5-10 years of experience in scaling tech startups during challenging growth periods
• Agile mindset, organization and principles
• Proven crisis management experience in a startup environment where retention has been one of the challenges
• Strong engineering background
• Virtuosity in adaptive leadership
• Experience in building and leading engineering teams of 15 and more; experience with remote settings would be nice
• Highly detail oriented and well organized
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a ‘get-things-done’ attitude
• Fluency in English and German
