Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,aktuell suchen wir für einen unserer Kunden im Raum Darmstadt Uneterstützung in der Aplikations Entwicklung.
"Our client has a need to develop some real-time NiFi integration tools to pull data from 3rd party suppliers via REST APIs. The REST APIs are specific to the vendors so each has their own specific design; however, there is an expectation to be able to leverage the same code across the multiple solutions. The initial contract will be for 6 months, although NiFi is a new technology for our client and so other opportunities may arise to extend. The candidate will be expected to help other developers in the team build their skills with NiFi/Kafka and show good development practices around unit and integration testing and demonstrate effective documentation.
The candidate must be a skilled Apache NiFi developer (m/w/d) with experience in the following areas:
- developing real enterprise level products used in corporate production environments
- experience with either Hortonworks and/or Cloudera Data Flow tools
- developed production NiFi workflows integrating data from third party REST API sources into Hadoop data sources such as Hive/HBase
- familiar with JSON schemas and calling REST APIs from tools such as 'curl' or Java/Scala/Python libraries
- skilled in at least one high level language such as Java/Scala and shell scripting
- experience with interfacing with systems leveraging SSL
- In addition, the following area of experience would be helpful:
- familiarity and experience in building Kafka workflows
- experience with Spark and Spark streaming within the Hadoop environment
- familiarity with Python/PySpark
- skilled in using Git and experience with CI/CD paradigms"
