Beschreibung
Im Rahmen eines internen Projektes stellt der Kunde ein Projektteam zusammen bestehen aus:
• 2 project leaders (start end of May)
• 4 or 5 IT Network Resources (start middle of May)
• 2 Voice Analysts (start ASAP)
• 2 Network Analysts (start ASAP)
• 2 Server Analysts (start ASAP)
Responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, optimization and maintenance of physical and virtual server environment under MS Windows Server and VMware ESXi
• Deployment, configuration and support of EMC CLARiiON SAN infrastructure
• Responsible for backup and restore, software distribution, configuration management, inventory management, accounting and security management, monitoring, fault management, change management and trouble management
• Maintain and update Server/Storage support documentation
• Performance testing, monitoring, analysis and resolution of availability, performance capacity and security
• Provide user support and communicate with vendor support personnel
• Assist with cross-functional project/issues/problems that are complex or difficult to resolve
• Travel occasionally required supporting a variety of corporate locations including international destinations

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field (or comparable education)
• 3-5 years of NT Server/Windows 2003 experience including administration and management of systems and services
• In-depth knowledge of NT, Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Backup Exec with backup and restore infrastructure, Printer Management, Remote Desktop, Terminal services, HP iLO
• Knowledgeable of Active Directory structure and tools usage including user, printer and share administration
• Technical experience in a large, diverse corporate environment
• Able to work in virtual teams
• Business fluent English
• Ability to travel internationally and communicate with global teams

MCSE in Windows 2003/Windows 2008 or other certifications
• Windows 2008 server experience
• HP and EMC SANS and/or Windows Cluster Experience
• Knowledge of HP Proliant and HP Blade server hardware
• Good working knowledge of NetIQ, HP SIM, NT, SEP, Dameware, Altiris
• In depth knowledge and extensive skill set using the Clarify Helpdesk tool
• Awareness/familiarity with Six Sigma process
