For our client, we are looking for a Data Engineer with Cloudera Data Platform on a freelance basis (all genders)

# Must have:
• Experience in Use Case Development on Cloudera Data Platform (CDH, CDP) using the following services:
- Spark (SparkSQL, Configuration)
- HIVE (HiveQL, Hive Metastore)
- Impala
- HDFS / YARN
• Experience with Data Warehousing Architectures and ETL/ELT procedures
- Testing and Data / Business Logic Validation
- Deployment processes
- Relational / Dimensional Data Modeling
- SQL performance tuning
• Experience with Oracle (DDL, DML, Procedures, Triggers, ...)
• Experience with Linux
- Bash scripting
• Software development fundamentals: Git incl. development workflows, code review, testing
• Experience in software development with at least one programming language (Python, Java, Scala, ...)
• Capable of critically discussing function / non-function requirements with product owners and non-functional requirement with data platform architects
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in (agile) teams
• Curiosity and a passion to learn continuously - about technologies, processes, and people
• C1 German language skills, C1 English language skills
