As an IT Business Analyst (m/f/d) you will support our international customer from the pharmaceutical environment. You have very good listening skills and the ability to understand the situation. • Conception and creation of digital solutions in close coordination with our customers, from requirements analysis to solution description
• Transfer of the functional requirements of a pharmaceutical company to technical implementation
• Execution of process analysis and creation of process documentation in a highly regulated environment
• Presentation of solution approaches on management level
• Active support of the development department in an agile environment during the implementation phase
Your Profile
• Several years of professional experience in the described areas as Business Analyst or Information Architect as well as a background in pharmaceuticals, biotech or food manufacturing
• Experience in international enterprise projects with allocated teams with focus on Big Data
• Knowledge of common modelling processes such as UML oder BPM
• Empathy and excellent oral and written communication skills
• Analytical thinking, detail-oriented and problem solving
• Ability to present complex issues in an understandable and clear manner
• Practical knowledge of agile working methods
• Fluent written and spoken English and good German skills

• Location: 50 km in the south of munich - (remote and on-site if needed)
