I am currently working with one of my clients based in the finance industry who is looking for a Freelance Cloud Security Engineer.The project that is running is based on developing a cloud-based compliance product to archive and retain real time communications data in line with internal and external regulatory requirements. The team is aiming to transition from project to product management.
Experience required:
- Deep knowledge of CIS benchmarks for GCP or other cloud providers
- Knowledge of Terraform scripting
- Knowledge of Python or .Net Core language
- Deep understanding of security challenges in areas such as virtual networks, databases and compute
- Good agile understanding
- English speaking
The role is initially remote due to the pandemic, but will then be based onsite in Frankfurt, Germany. This is a 12 month contract to start, with the possibility of contract-to-perm afterwards. The rate for this role is based upon market rate alongside experience of the candidate.
