Location: Germany
Type: Fulltime Freelancing
Duration: 6 months rolling contract Remote

Job Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility to ensure the SAP MM/SRM workstream delivers best practices, standard processes and is aligned with a global standard solution
Overall responsibility for the planning, quality, delivery, solution, and management of all aspects of the SAP MM/SRM workstream
Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities in SAP MM/SRM and possess strong business acumen in Procurement (Direct and In-Direct) business Processes in Pharma and Med Device.
Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels
Work with the key business stakeholders to understand their needs, advise on SAP system capabilities and drive key solution design decisions.
Facilitate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, complete the documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution.
Liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
Leads and coaches the SAP MM/SRM workstream team members on the SAP technical implementation
Point of escalation for SAP MM/SRM workstream level delivery issues
15+ years’ experience in design, development, implementation, testing of IT systems based on SAP MM/SRM solution
Part of at least 3 end to end full cycle SAP implementation projects Participation in 5+ projects, including at least 2 years solution architect or project manager roles within the past 10 years
At least 3 years Experience in S4HANA Projects
Prior consulting industry experience
Exposure to multi-vendor & multi-cultural global IT delivery. Ability to manage multi-cultured teams with an appreciation and awareness of individual differences
Strong ability to collaborate, influence, and build consensus - addresses conflict and resolves issues
Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments, and prior advisory experience relevant to SAP and functional role in Pharma and Med Device.
Strong knowledge of SAP ERP modules MM/SRM and integration with Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sales
Excellent skills for requirements gathering solution design, hands-on build, implementation, and troubleshooting
Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong communication skills which include: mastery of and fluency in the English language, ability to convey complex technical concepts to company stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner, both verbally and written; active listening skills to gather key information from internal and external partners
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
Ability to proactively identify challenges, make recommendations, own initiatives, and mentor others
Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
