Task:Support Program Management in optimization of overarching Dependency/ Integration management:
- structure and manage internal and external dependencies on different levels, align rollout plans with NG IT and external projects and countries
- define relevant roles as well as a process & escalation framework
- build up and lead Integration Manager community (all countries) and identify risks and relevant action fields
Requirements (Must have):
Telecommunication +++
Englisch fluent
Overarching knowledge CRM, Billing, ERP beneficial
Experience in Multiproject management, Dependency & rollout management in complex IT programs required; longstanding practical experience in telecommunication industry, TOP management adequate communication skills/ senior management experience and experienced MS office knowledge absolutely necessary; overarching experience in process and IT application landscape beneficial
