My Client a Leading Technical Consultancy are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join them. This is based in Stuttgart and can be done remotely to begin with. You will need to speak German and English to applicable for this role

Soft skills of the Service Delivery Manager

  • Work in a Global delivery environment
  • Experience in running operations with ITIL processes/ITIL certified.
  • Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skill.
  • Excellent in Verbal, written communication.
  • Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies, scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands.
  • Ability to work independently, within general guidelines or best practices and manage complex technical solutions

Area of responsibilities of the Service Delivery Manager

Technical Skills Required

MobileIron, Intune, iOS and Android OS knowledge, MDM fundamentals

Other Skills Required

  • Experience in working large (multi-year) Digital Transformation programs is a must. Experience in participation/driving PI workshops
  • Familiar with MDM Technology landscape
  • Experience in Working Directly with Client Senior IT Management
  • Proficiency in High Impact communication
  • Experience in Managing/collaborating with Matrix teams and be the single point contact for the Tower
  • Be the Nodal person for the Offshore team to unblock issues/dependencies from client/3rd party vendors
  • Proficient in SAFe/Agile Methodologies
  • Lead innovation, ideation across the entire Digital workplace footprint and leverage evolving technologies to identify opportunities of efficiencies driving business excellence.
  • Drive Automation-as-a-Service with the attached revenue charter
  • Work together with Digital Workplace practices and technology partners to constantly innovate, identify new news and new technologies enabling to deliver additional value to the client.
  • Lead the creation of value proposition and USP
  • Demonstrate Go-to-Market capabilities and ability to influence client thought process with respect to automation
  • Challenge established norms and ways of working when they are wasteful, complex or inward-looking.
  • Interface with customer for issue resolution, provide status updates, build customer confidence in teams ability to deliver in order to support high customer satisfaction
  • Mentors the team and provides performance feedback of the individual team members in order to manage performance
  • Participates in discussions with customers to gather scope information and performs analysis of scope information in order to provide inputs for project scope documentation
  • Participate in requirement elicitation process defined in the project management plan to identify requirement gaps/issues (both functional and non-functional) in order to come up with a comprehensive requirement document
  • Participate in estimation, staffing analysis and solutioning in order to provide inputs for preparing solution delivery of the proposal
  • Prepare a detailed schedule for a work packet by carefully analysing the effort and dependencies (internal and external) and provide inputs to overall project schedule in order to ensure on time delivery of the project.
  • Build repository of teams collective knowledge, seek information and leverage knowledge from other projects in order to drive higher efficiency and effectiveness and preserve organization knowledge
  • Should be capable of problem definition, diagnostic/discovery/As Is Assessment solution evaluation and recommendation.
