Keil Business Solutions GmbH is an innovative Google Reseller and IT Service Provider.We are looking for a Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Reporting Senior Consultant (f/m/d) - remote 6 month - asap
Requirement/Background:
-Salesforce Implementation. To be a Reporting expert in Salesforce.
-To Lead workshops and to match the client requirements and the feasibility of
Salesforce reporting or a suitable 3rd Party reporting tool like Einstein.
-Communicate between different types of stakeholders (business, IT)
-Configuration experience Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud (be a consultant not just a manager)
-Generating and Define together with the Developers Reports/Dashboards (complex environment)
Task:
-Project experience Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud (3 + X years)
-Project experience to configure Salesforce (Sales and Service )
-Proven project experience (hands-on not just as a manager) to
set-up Reports via Salesforce and if necessary via a 3rd party tool
-Project experienced with Flows/Process Builders
-Longterm experience to define and generate Reports/Dashboards (hands-on)
-Knowledge about APIs (Salesforce)
-Knowledge of the development processes and relevant tasks in project life-cycle
Start: 01.03.2021, a later start is possible
Duration: 6 month + option
Capacity: 4-5 days per week
Location: 100% remote (for 2-3 workshops if possible on-site)
Project language: English and German (fluent)
