For a customer in Amsterdam we are currently looking for a

Architect Consultant (m/f/d) Oracle Depot Repair

Role description / Skills required
- Very Good Depot Repair Process Understanding from Service Request till Financial Settlements
- Strong Expertise and Implementation experience in Oracle R12 CSD, OKS, FS, Spares Mgmt, Knowledge Mgmt, OM and INV Modules, CMRO is a plus
- Ability to design E2E depot repair process solution from scratch working with Business on requirement workshops
- Strong understanding of In house , Self Service and Field Visit Repair Processes
- Strong understanding of Repair transfer processes
- Strong understanding of Loan, Exchange, Chargeable and Covered Repair processes and Oracle Solution
- Strong understanding of Partner Warranty claims and Supplier Claims process
- General understanding of Spare parts O2C business models and mapping to R12 solution
- Ability to act as a Hands ON functional SPOC and Lead to pull through solution E2E with key module experts and developers throughout the implementation
- Project language: English
