SuccessFactors Consultant (Functional Lead - EC & Compensation)I am looking for SuccessFactors Functional Lead and Project Manager all rolled into one to join my Global end-client in a key phase of their Global HR transformation programme.
I am looking a senior level candidate to take on a Functional Lead role in the areas of EC and Compensation.
This is a lead role within a complex environment and you will need to have extensive experience with managing difficult stakeholders.
This is a remote based role, with the potential for some ad-hoc travel to Germany in 2021 if possible, so you must be based in Europe.
