Core, Radio and Access Testing Programme Manger - GERMANYOn behalf of our client, an international Telecommunications company, Manning Global is currently looking for German speaking Testing Programme Managers for the areas of Radio, Core and Access on a contract basis in Germany.
You will be responsible for telecommunication system introduction and acceptance on the German telecom market proving our client’s products’ compatibility of international standards and specifications, supporting sales and marketing development.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and summarize end customers needs and expectations on system introduction or testing on different projects.
Negotiate and mutually agree with customers on system introduction or testing strategy and high level plan.
Detailed system introduction/testing plan. Identify system introduction/testing risks or difficulties at initial phase, finding solutions.
Organize and coordinate system introduction/testing, communicate with relevant stakeholders from both customer and clients side.
Handling of bottlenecks, ensure quality and timely introduction/testing with defined resources achieving high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Several years system introduction/testing experience in either Core, Access or Radio networks in the German market
Have strong wireless/LTE product knowledge background.
PMI, Prince2 desirable
Full knowledge in project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) is essential
Capable to manage multi system introduction/testing with similar technical criteria’s in parallel.
Effective negotiation and communication skills
Fluent German and English
Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries and operate successfully in an intense business environment
