Hands-on experiences installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all PC hardware, Software’s and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance.· Expertise to Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve PC issues involving Windows OS, Office 2013, Office 365, remote access, VPN & Outlook issues concerning end-users moves, additions and changes.
· Ticketing Tool : ServiceNow or similar to Create and maintain ticket tracking system by the escalation matrixes per company policy.
· Consistently updated knowledge base and understanding of ITIL framework
· Provided timely customer assistance for Service Desk requests
· Utilize diagnostic tools to identify PC configuration and connectivity problems
· Set up system network access for end-users, configure Outlook clients, and provide initial training for end-users.
· Excellent Communication and Soft skill.
