We are looking for a Salesforce Functional Business Analyst for an electrical components manufacturer based in Munich. This is a remote project due to Covid19 situation.Candidates must demonstrate the following skills:
• Experience of working in a software product management role, managing teams across one or more work-streams in an Agile environment
• Functional and technical knowledge in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience of end to end project implementation having Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
• Good knowledge of Triggers, Batches and Controllers
• Experience in agile methodology (Scrum)
• Consult and liaise with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements
• Analyse and consolidate information to develop solutions to ensure business requirements are achieved
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences and reduced cost and time impacts
• Provide expert support to key stakeholders in managing system and process changes
• Provide expert advice on application solutions
• Produce functional, technical and system design documentation
• Conduct feasibility studies of applications and system solutions
• Create test scenarios for applications and enhancements, ensuring functional requirements are met
• Facilitate testing of new Salesforce functionality roll-outs
• Utilise and champion agile techniques to deliver on competing requirements
• Must be fluent in German and English
