Understanding Mainframe End to End infrastructure services
Experience on supporting Environment build
setting up team to support the environment
Create governance & understand the operational requests & requirement
Support the technical escalation on the error's and issues
Mainframe upgrade knowledge on infra to support application team
Mainframe product knowledge for usage and recommendation for stabilization
Understanding connectivity between mainframe and distributed system.
