Location: Berlin
onsite/remote: Required to be in Berlin and at the office if requested.
Tasks:
- Design, develop and implement own recruiting processes
- Working closely together with other hiring managers to support a great pipeline set-up.
- Providing the client with exceptional and profitable talent for a modern international environment.
- Playing a key role in helping to shape the organization's future.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the company to consistently identify and attract brilliant
people.
- Driving the entire process from sourcing to closing top talent.
- Working together with different hiring managers in an international environment
- Improve all processes to maintain excellent and efficient ways of hiring
Profile:
- Extensive experience in hiring for complex engineering competencies
and skills
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- Deep experience in the recruitment industry, ideally from both an
in-house role and from a recruitment agency environment.
- Experience of end-to-end recruitment.
- Ability to handle high volume recruitment.
- Very good negotiation skills and owning the relationship with hiring managers.
- Several years' experience in the banking sector (preferable)
