Tätigkeit:For one of our customers in the telecommunications industry in NRW we are looking for an Business Analyst (f/m) for the certification of Mobile Portfolio devices. Core task is the mobile terminal validation and integration under lab conditions. Major tasks are: analysis of issue root causes by protocol tracing etc., timely and high quality integration of issue description into Quality Center, preparation and execution of test sessions of new mobile terminals and analysis of the devices malfunction by investigation of protocol messages. Required skills: very good knowledge and experience in Oracle and HP Quality Center, preferably in the telecommunications environment, good knowledge in TCP-IP / IP transport network and the certification of specific terminal client technologies.
