Ausgangslage der Anfrage:Drive and coordinate discovery processes with business stakeholders to identify the business opportunities and the expected outcome to ensure continuously growth of process mining scope and initiatives
Define the process mining initiatives and ensures that those are aligned with the company strategy and related objectives
Drive project scope definition, project and resource planning, detailed business requirement collection, project execution and tracking
Identify and definition of innovative and effective approaches to solve analytical problems and establishes methodologies to ensure that the process mining team will work in a structured way to deliver tasks on time and quality
Ensures that the process mining team is continuously integrated in company transformation programs by providing process insight that support the definition and implementation of improvement measures
Leads and represents the process mining department towards the company leadership on regional, divisional and corporate level to present objectives, scopes, results and status of the process mining initiatives
Responsible for cost tracking and forecast update and support the process mining budget definition
Be a subject matter expert in the process mining community and building up an internal community within the company
Umzusetzende Leistungen:
Successfully completed academic studies in business informatics, physics or computer science
Three to five years of professional experience in quantitative and qualitative research and analytics / process mining experience
Very high analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, strong holistic and interconnected thinking
Excellent process understanding and knowledge of pharmaceutical business processes, especially in purchasing, accounting, production and sales
Project Management Skills as well intercultural competencies and excellent communication skills
Autonomous and solution-oriented working practices
Proven Celonis tool knowledge
Programming skills (MS SQL, PQL) and very good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel
Fluent English language skills written and spoken, German is an advantage
Willingness to travel globally
