CRM Campaign Manager CRM (m/w/d)As part of the marketing team you
• Are responsible for direct marketing campaigns via digital channels Email, PUSh, SMS to existing customers in 15 countries to
• Create and improve NBA activities as well as ad hoc campaigns to increase customer engagement, up- and cross-sell of digital products and develop new retention campaigns
• You are point of contact between product owners, country stakeholders and the marketing cloud development team to align all campaign requests with the overall marketing plan and development capacities
• Set new impulses of the development of new email templates, the launch of new channels and the setup of cross-channel campaign management
• Coordinate the work with external suppliers, e.g. copy writers and translation agencies
Requirements:
• Experience as CRM manager/ campaign manager in digital marketing, ideally for B2B products
• Good knowledge of email/digital communication rules in terms of “how it works”
• Experience in managing external agencies, knowledge how to brief content to get good results
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Fluent in English
• to work conscientiously and to deal with multiple topcis at the same time

• Own experience in copy writing of email texts
• native speaker in another European language, not necessarily German
• basic knowledge of Sales Force Marketing cloud as user to extract reports etc.
